Couple of issues:
1. It's really hard to make an appointment, no one usually answers the phone. I had to call at least 5 times to make an appointment.
2. Now there is appointment, I get there, I don't see Dr. S. Samuel Bederman, I see another person who I dont even know who.
3. This person doesn't have a good customer care service, pretty much just tells me to take pain killers.
4. I dont even get a proper report of what the results of what my MRI was.

Dr Bederman was an excellent listener and communicater about my condition and options about what to do!
I know I haven't experienced that quality of care and attention on my first visit from other surgeons.

There's not a day that goes by that I'm not thankful for this amazing man. He gave me my life back on a golden platter. I went through 9 botched surgeries before meeting Dr Bederman. I didn't have much faith in doctors. My very first visit with Samuel gave me so much hope. I knew I was finally in the right place. I never thought in a million years that I would be back at work driving a semi truck.. Something that I always enjoyed.. You will always be my hero Dr Bederman ❤️

I am always happy with Dr. Bederman and his staff. Very attentive to all my concerns and very caring as to how I approach my recovery from surgery. I have not been let down by Dr. Bederman or his staff. Wonderful surgeon and the hope and confidence they have and provide is enormous.
I am definitely looking forward to better days!

The best surgeon I encountered with my experience he performed a very complex surgery on my broken spine that put me back on my feet .he is very quick precise efficient and skilled that I came out of surgery like I never was , almost crippeld.thanks DrBederman .Kal Ghosn
